I came up with a really easy way to make this pretty floral alice band, and thought I would share. (sorry for the weirdly tinted photos but sweden has like five minutes of daylight in the winter time)
You will need:
1. A thin head band
2. Fake flowers
3. 5 minutes
I bought these fake flowers at a regular hobby/art/craft store, I think they're for scrapbooking or something. The "stems" of the flowers should be bendable so that you can tie them around the band. 32 of these (about 1x1 cm) is just about enough.

ReplyDeleteThey're paper, I've used a couple of different swedish brands that probably aren't sold abroad, but you can use any type of flowers as long as they are bendable and not too fragile, if you do find fabric ones I'm sure that would look even prettier, but paper is cheaper and works just fine :)
DeleteI was also going to ask where you got the flowers from but I'm in the US. I'll try and look for something similar at Michael's (craft chain here in N. America). These look so pretty, I especially like the ones where you mixed colours.
